Manual Garcia (53) Colfax. Reckless driving, alcohol related. Eighteen months probation, 2 days jail, fine $1456, and wet reckless alcohol classes.
Jason Palmer (33) Loyalton. Violation of probation on drunk in public charge and failure to appear. Three years probation, 5 days jail, fine $1239.
Timothy Diltz (48) Sierraville. Under the influence of a controlled substance. Four years probation, 90 days jail, fine $2162, and submit to testing at any time.
Jessie Cain (30) Reno. Possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and petty theft. Three years probation, 18 days jail, fine $581.
Justin Lombardo-Burton (19) North San Juan. Violation of probation on underlying charges of felony animal cruelty (running over a cattle dog) for failure to keep in contact with probation. Sentencing is scheduled for February 10, 2012. He remains in custody in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Kyle Beverage (24) Loyalton. Violation of probation on underlying charges of threatening a police officer by threats of violence, and child endangerment. The violation entails his failure to successfully complete drug court.
Sentencing is set for February 10, 2012. He remains in custody on a no bail hold.
Robert Andrews (22) Reno. Violation of probation on underlying conviction of residential burglary. The violation is for his failure to pay restitution. He was reinstated on probation after $12,000 in restitution was paid, and he served 96 days in jail.
Joel Walker (23) Portola. Sentencing on conviction for lewd conduct with a child under ten years of age. Eight years state prison, and life time registration as a sex offender.
Robert Bennett (61) Arizona. Probation for possession for sale of a controlled substance (mushrooms), successfully completed and probation terminated.
